Adding replies..

Why does it seem that so many replies are turning into lessons on how to use this site rather than what the topic was originally about? Can't messages that don't refer to the topic be sent to individuals? I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I really don't want to read a dozen replies as to how to use a carat symbol in a topic about Mean Streak...lol

I agree with you. I can understand telling someone that they are breaking the rules, but at least be nice about it. Or like you said, PM them. I don't think that this thread will really get you anywhere though.

If someone is up tight enough to complain about carats or grammar or other crap like that, then they probably are already set in their ways. I just let it slide. If it really bothers me, I might make a joke about it or PM them. But I think that Jeff and Walt are really the only ones who should be allowed to make a fuss over it.

So instead of just a reply, you start an entire topic telling people what to do. That's ironic.

Let's stick moderation to the moderators.
