Absolutely amazing customer service

Ok, so me and my girlfriend got on Maverick, she told me she checked her back pocket before sitting down, and her Iphone was in there. We went on the ride and it was amazing and intense as usual. Then she got up and said she didnt know where her phone was, we checked the seat but it wasn't there. We pretty much thought we were screwed. Then we filled out a report at L&F and didn't let it ruin our day. I figure it flew out of her pocket during the airtime or something. The next morning she called and they said it was found by the fence after the airtime hill and the turn into the first horeshoe roll. So it pretty much came out and flew all the way over to the fence, surprisingly it survived the fall. They shipped it out this morning! Talk about customer service!

A friend of mine lost his wallet last year, except he didn't notice until we were driving out of the parking lot. This was at coasting for kids last year, so there were plenty of places he could have lost it. We looked everywhere for it, and put in a report with the park. A week or so later a worker cleaning found it on a roof in soak city (must have fallen off on Magnum), and they mailed it back to him. Cedar Point was very helpful during this entire experience.

That friend was me. I was just glad to get it back! they didn't even take my cash lol.
