I don't know if this person is on PointBuzz or not, but One of the ride ops for Wicked Twister wrote 'have a wicked day!" on our parent swap card along with a scribbled picture of a tornado. I really appreciated that, and it really made a great day even better.

As far as the ride staff goes. It differs greatly once you get into the other departments.

I've yet to see a good employee working the counter service food. I was impressed with the Midway Market staff though. They seemed on top of it, but they don't really do to much.
I'm all for the international workers, but if they can't speak more than ten words of English they shouldn't be at a job where they interact with guest.

On special access booklets I'll cross out the time and make it look like the MF logo and on parent swaps I'll usually write "Best coaster on the planet!" right next to it. I like to have a little fun :).

2007/2008/2009: Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom - Tomorrowland Speedway
2008: Hard Rock Park - Maximum RPM! Opening Supervisor

hmmmm, This may sound like a dumb question, but what is a Special Access Booklet? Is it sort of like Free-Way? OR is that the VIP thing? Sorry if I sound really dumb.
its a book for people who cannot wait inline for a ride...basically if they have a wheelchair or other type of problem that makes waiting in the long lines tough, Park Op gives them a book and the person with the book needs to go to the ride entrance to get a time, for example if its 2:00 and the wait time is 45 min wait...the person at entrance will write down 2:45 on their booklet and once 2:45 rolls around they go to the ride exit and thats how they get on without waiting in line.
Its annoying though working at the load positions and having to hold rows for them and the peope waiting in line dont understand why they get their seats and they make a big scene about it...ive had to deal with alot of people and they just dont get it

Wicked Twista/Sky Ride 06
Although this may be unrelated to Wicked Twister, I do feel my forthcoming comments are appropriate given the subject of service at the park. The other day I was there and wanted to go eat at Breakwater Cafe because of the JC discount. I go in and make my food order, and I was told by another employee that they could only serve pizza until 4:30 because they don't have anyone to cook. Yet 5 minutes later I saw them bring out salad and other food. I was very irritated and I ended up going to Hotel Breakers restaurant (once I finally found it) and settled for an order of french fries. CP, please learn how to adequately staff your restaurants. Your (potential) future customers will be grateful.
