A Thank You For Millennium Mania

Just wanted to type to you all and thank you for the past two days of Millennium Mania....It was hard in the wake of all the tradegy going on to imagine having a fun at work but with all of you who attended thanks for all the smiles.

I lost a friend of mine in all the wake of this...and seeing all of you smile and talking with you made things better for me.

Special thanks to all the ACE'ers, Rob, Ann, Corey, Joe, Spartan, Jeff, and to any of you that I missed!  Hope to see you all real soon.

No No No, thank you and the crew for putting up with me for the last two days. You guys were great. It really put the "M", in Millennium Mania whichever "M" that may be.  Sorry to hear about your friend, and I'm glad this little event made you not feel so down. Also that moment of silence at 7 was a real nice touch.

I'm still trying to grab the assist bar from that last ride. :)

"MF has broken down and still hasn't been fixed, consider kicking Joe out of the park"

We went on Thursday the 13th, and it rained most of the day.  We didn't get many rides in, but it was still worth going.  I made teh mistake of front seat on MF during the rain.  92 mph rain needles comin right at ya.

But we had a lot of fun.  It was cool being in an almost empty park.

I hope they keep it for next year.  I don't see it being very profitable, but it means a lot to the hardcore coaster fans to have a day that seems like a coaster nut's appreciation day.

Thanks to the ops and staff that made it happen for us!

I'm sorry to hear that the events touched you so closely..you will be in my thoughts. I had several instances this week of tragedy coming all too close to my life as well. But honestly the fun we all had could be considered a tribute to those we love and those we lost....I shed my share of tears though and I doubt it's over in that department for me, either. They may try to stop us, but despair and sadness aside...we all will refuse to give up. Nonetheless, I know I felt odd all day yesterday considering how much the world has changed since only my last visit.
Jamin, it's always been a welcome sight to see you this season and here's a return thank you for all the good times and laughs you've been behind.
:-) I can be dragging, and then go see a smiling face I know in the park like you, and the day gets a whole heck of a lot better! Keep up the awesome work! But stay away from me Lucky Charms.....

I'm so sorry Jamin, my heart goes out to you and all the others.
I think we should send a thanks to Cedar Point via their website.  I did.  We need to let them know that we appreciate the Millenium Mania, and their keeping open to let us get back to our normal routines.
