A Raptor sub-forum and also a general buzz forum ??

Would it be possible to add a raptor forum ?? In that coaster game it was decided to be the #2 coaster at the park and I think that it would benefit from a sub forum.....

Also could we add just a general buzz forum where anything could go and just a forum where people can talk about whatever... another forum idea is one where you could have serious debates about serious issues I love talking about such things and there is a great communtiy here for it...

I think it would be cool to have debates about other things then just CP, but I doubt it will happen.

I think you'll see the end of the Dragster and Millennium Force forums before the addition of one for Raptor. And we don't have off-topic forum because this isn't GeneralBuzz. :) There are plenty of places to talk about whatever's on your mind. We just focus on Cedar Point.

A raptor sub-forum would be nice though or maybe a combo Mantis//Raptor forum....

I think MF and TTD have enough issues (seatbelts, downtime, etc.) to justify their own forum. I don't think the same could be said for Raptor, regardless of how good of a ride it is.

That is why I said to perhaps to combine it with a mantis forum...

Neither one of them have many new threads started about them. Why have an entire section on the forums for 2 rides that, while really good, don't generate alot of noise on the boards?

I don't see the need for the WT, MF, or the TTD forums anymore. They just dont get hits very often even during the season. If anything I think its time for a new forum on the new ride. I'm sick of these topics and would like to group em all in one area so I can stay away from it. ;)

I agree about a forum for all the crap about the new ride. And I also agree that MF, TTD, and WT don't need to be anymore. If anything, maybe make a "Cedar Point Coaster Forum. You could talk about any CP coaster there. Group them all into one.

What's there to talk about on Raptor? It's a great ride, but its 99.9% reliability and perfect operation can't be debated or anything else other than saying just how great the ride is.

MF and TTD seem to always have something going on and that's what a sub-forum is about.

I request a forum for 2007 as well. The uneducated guesses are getting to be a bit much for me.

There wasn't a forum made for Maxair, and life hasn't come to an abrubt stop, so I think we can manage without one for Skyhawk.

As Gomez said, there's just not enough to talk about regarding the other rides. If and when you feel the need to say something regarding Skyhawk, Raptor, or any other ride besides TTD & MF, I'm sure Walt & Jeff will allow it in the General forum, provided your comments are relevant enough to promote discussion.

There will be some 2007 attraction forum, sure, but for God's sake, can we at least open the park this year first?

Like Jeff and his buddies said on their Podcast, The park hasn't even opened for 2006 yet. Anything that will come in 2007 will be 15 months away. I can see at the end of this season putting a 2007 forum up, once the attraction has been announced.

Why talk about the 500footer that goes underwater with the restaurant up top yet...? LOL, jeff
