I wonder if Cedar Point ever thought about adding a new Dark Ride after they removed The Pirate Ride?

Chief listened in on the CF conference call yesterday, and noted that Ouimet specifically mentioned that families are a more profitable demographic, as compared to thrill-seekers. I think it's clear that Kinzel has never fully embraced that idea, given the focus of CF's capital investments over the years.

With that in mind, I'd guess there's more hope than ever (where "ever" = the last 30-ish years) that CP will see some sort of dark ride installation sometime in the next decade or so.
