Getting ready to head to MIA for the weekend for my boy's 4th b-day. We are considering throwing away some money by renting a cabana for the day. Has anyone used this feature before?

Also any major traffic concerns heading east on I-69 from the high crime (Flint) area I should be aware of?

Doesn't look like anything on the traffic side.

Cabanas are like $60/day and hold about 6 people, they give you a wristband so you have access to get to your cabana. We just rented a locker (and used our car for the rest).

1-69 from Perry-Lansing has construction. And 1-96 in Grand Rapids is slow at the 131 interchange due to the entrance ramp being closed. Other than that, no major problems (as of 2 weeks ago).

When we go with our 4 year old we take the wagon and a back pack.
We keep all our stuff in the pack and we can pull him around. Never have had a problem with anyone messing with our stuff.
