During our yearly CP weekend trip TTD was down. Had a great trip but told kids if TTD gets up and running I would drive them up from Cincy for a day so they could get on it this season. So if anyone is in the park and sees it up again or if you know of other places I can go to check please respond. Thanks!
Seems to be fairly accurate. If a time shows for TTD, it's up and running.
According to a ride op, there's a crew scheduled to be at the ride tomorrow, so there's a possibility the ride will be open this weekend.

Beginning of August CP had been Tweeting daily announcements that TTD was down but they stopped doing that around the 10th.
Hope you have a Platinum Pass because counting on TTD to run even when you get in line is dicey.
Yes we have Platinum. I have definitely experienced the inconsistency that is TTD. Usually we schedule two weekend trips to better our chances but the early trip was cancelled due to shoulder surgery.
Aha, they are still waiting on the part from Germany. "CP Part Tracker" reports that the initial shipment out of Dusseldorf was delayed when Colonel Hogan & his guys took out the bridge, forcing a detour to the port of Hamburg. There, it was placed on a freighter and set sail across the Atlantic. They were seen refueling in Iceland a few weeks ago, then a quick stop in Greenland caused more delays. They finally entered New York harbor last week. To assure quick transport to Sandusky they dispatched Squeeky Wheel Taxi to pick up the part. It should arrive in a few days.
You triggered me. Back in 95 I owned a 71 911T and had to wait 6 weeks for a plastic clip that held the clutch cable in the channel to arrive from Germany. I divested of that money pit soon after. Hope CP does not follow suit. :)
About the parts issue, I dreamed one time that Cedar Point had the part, but it was stolen from them. I then had to scuba dive in the lake to find it. Wait, do they actually have a part tracker Jimmyburke? If anything, I hope they get it soon, because I really want TTD to be up again.

Well, I just walked past it about 20 minutes ago and it was down with people being taken off the trains and everyone walking out of line. But hey, at least it ran for an hour today.

That’s good. Hopefully they can keep that thing running for a while but I would never get into a line that’s more than a 15 minute wait.

Thanks everyone for your help. I see it is running again on the webcam. Going to give it a shot on Monday. Thanks again!
Thanks for all the help! Wait time app is pretty accurate. Was able to marathon TTD five times with my boy before it went down. Enjoy the holiday everyone!
