A Friend From Germany

A friend of ours from Germany is making the trek to the Point soon. They hope to be at the park 10/10 and/or 10/11. Maybe longer.

Be at Dragster at 8pm Friday night or Saturday night 8pm (rain date) to meet other GTTP'ers.

Let's show this person what CP is all about!

Me and a few of my friends will be up there on saturday. It would be nice to meet some of you guys.

I believe the plan is to meet by the grandstands at 8 pm Friday night, and again at 8 pm on Saturday night, although TheRealCP and I will likely be heading home before 8 pm on Saturday.

I'll be there, not sure if i will be able to make the meet at 8 but if ya see a big tall guy wearing a #90 Blue Titans jersey and a Blue TTD hat.....Its probably me! :)....Everyone have a GREAT TIME! It may be the last nice weekend of the season. Hope not, but ya know the weather this time of year. RIDE HARD AND OFTEN!

I might be wearing a gray TTD shirt and dark blue pants, but if it's chilly I have a dark gray coat.

I was at TTD grandstands at 8pm on Sat. 10-11 along with MF310, but we didn't see anyone else. We kept asking strangers if they were part of GTTP forum and people thought we were crazy! Part of the problem is we don't know what everyone looks like! I even had a sign to identify myself. We need buttons or shirts or something so we can say HI and meet more people when we're at CP. Any suggestions?

Hey, all of you, I just came back from the US yesterday, so that´s the first time I have internet access again. Well, unfortunately I dind´t meet any of you, though, yes, I spent to wonderful days up in Sandusky. Well, for any of you who might have waited for me on that Friday, I didn´t make it to the point in time. Somehow it took me much longer to get there than everybody had predicted so I ended up in Sandusky at like 11pm. I went to Dragster stand again on Saturday, but with these crowds on that day, it´s not much of a surprise that we couldn´t find each other even if some of you were there. Well, I had a great time anyways and I also met some very nice people while waiting in those cuelines so I wasn´t that lonely after all. You Americans are always so friendly and easygoing, that´s a real pleasure to me everytime I get over to your most wonderful country that I so deeply love. Well, if anyone is interested in my experiences and also in some details about my delay in getting from Cincinnati to Sandusky, you´ll find a long trip report in the trip reports section and a even longer one including my experiences in Florida, where I´ve been after Ohio, over at coasterbuzz in the trip reports section there. Thanks again to all of you who gave me advice for my trip and I really really hope that I´ll make it to the point again in the not too distant future!
