Millennium Force=me rode it 4 times last summer.
(I feel so ashamed)
I got lots of great footage at the park....I don't think you can film on the rides though. Also it may be tough to carry around if you don't have a non=rider with you where will you keep it? do you trust leaving it in a locker or on the platform. I wouldn't! Ya best decide if it will be more of a hassle than it's worth. We had a stroller to keep ours on and only one of us could ride at a time due to the baby so someone was always with it and it could be kept dry incase of rain with no difficulty.
Just some food for thought!

The webcam was taken down for technical reasons, but we are hopeful that a better one will be installed.

Different rides shut down differently because of rain, depending on their safety systems. You can bet that all the coasters, including Power Tower and Demon Drop, along with most everything else, shuts down in case of lightning -- steel, you know. Wildcat and Demon Drop shut down fairly quickly because of rain, and if the rain is really monsoon/hurricane type heavy, everything will shut down. For other rides it varies if we're talking just a normal steady rain. Beware of wind, several rides (including Raptor) can shut down if the wind is strong enough or from the right direction.

No, there is no filming or picture taking allowed on any rides, but you're more than welcome to take a camcorder into the park, no problem with that. Kruggie's right about leaving it with a non-rider or in a locker, that's all up to you. From an employee's perspective: if you want to take the camcorder, please don't even bother trying to take it on rides because it won't be allowed. Just make other arrangements for it and you won't spend half the day arguing about it.

And have fun, most of all! :)
