Best Days To Visit
Cedar Point recommends visiting on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, when attendance is lower. Contrary to popular belief, holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day do not result in unusually large crowds. The months with the lowest attendance are May, June and September.
The 4th of July, in my experience, makes for an absolutely JAM PACKED pinnensula, but since the park itself is prepared for the crowd, it's not much worse than say a normal saturday in July (which, honestly, can get quite jam packed themselves).
True, it's the busiest day of the season, but compared to other parks, it's much, much more bareable.
Actualy, the busiest day(s) of the year are during halloweekends. The lines for the coasters are overflowing onto the midways, the park is understaffed.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
I went to CP on July 4th 2005. It was crowded, but there were almost no lines on any of the rides. The only time I saw a large group of people in one spot, was on the midway's and beach during the fireworks display. July 3rd, a Sunday wasn't bad either.
