$48 Million???

I know we have all seen the new CP MF pics-my ?? is the quote that says MF is part of a "unprecedented $48 million investment program at Cedar Point"
When the end quote states that MF cost $25 million.
$25 mill for MF-so where is the other $23 million going?? I can't believe it cost that much to move the Giant Wheel-anyone else have any clue what else is going on at CP that they're spending so much mula on???

I'm assuming that the $25 million for MF is the entire project including groundwork, moving the wheel, etc. Don't forget about Breakers Express. Does anyone have the cost figures on the new hotel?? Also, they're finishing up the Marina this year. Was the total cost of that project pulled from a previous budget or was it spread over the years? Those are the three biggies for 2000. Add in the usual winter maintenance and the total is probably around the $48 million mark.

Perhaps that is what they want you to think body!

I bet they are going to put in 2 other flat rides so it will total 70 rides. That is 10 x 14 roller coasters divided by 2. You gotta think like a mathematician. LOL!

Hey I was wonderin if they are retracking Mean Streak. If so then thats also were the money could be going.

Maybe air con. in the restrooms?
