time flew for me. but I've been busy all off season. that might be why.

and I'm a first time platinum pass holder and I just saw what we can get with point perks and having a platinum pass. haha I'm very excited for 2008 :)

this off season dragged for me

Two weeks from tomorrow, I will be in Sandusky to pick up my PSP. And in two weeks from Sunday I will use it for the first time :).

Same here. The only thing different for me is that I'm not going opening day/weekend. :(

I'm looking forward to starting work there. It'll be interesting to see the park from an employee's view after all my years as a guest. You can see below where I'm coming from (yea, one of them GL folks...) and I can't wait to start at the point!

Are you the one of the photo guys last year at GL who tried to get everyone to do weird poses?

If you mean one of the photographers that walked through the park or stood at the front gate, that operation was run by Kodak last year so it wasn't me. When Kaman's ran Front Gate at GL, we would have really heard it from management if we screwed around like they did. It's one thing to politely ask guests to snap a quick photo but Kodak overdid it last year and like you mentioned, asked for wierd poses. They also were good at jumping in front of people to get pictures.

From what I've seen as a guest in the past, Kodak is much more under control at CP.

I agree. They just ask, maybe take you're picture and give you a wristband or whatever and leave you alone. I would love to have that job.

Oh, yeah a lot more under control at the Point. GL last year over did it, I got ask at least over 30 times for a picture. But I also visited the park 11 times.

I'll be there for Plantinum Pass Processing as well. Already

hit up Carowinds and Kings Dominion. Kings Island on Apr.

20, then Canada's Wonderland on May 4. Then CP on May 10!

I'll be at CP on April 20th for processing my pass, and my bf's platinum pass. Want to beat the crowds this year since everyone needs a photo ID.. I don't mind the 2 1/2 hour drive down there, nice Sunday drive road trip :)

I cant wait. I will be in sandusky on April 27th with all my friendstopick up my Platnum pass. Then we are all going back on May 12 thefirst monday they are open to ride on! cant wait!

38 days to go to opening day

164 days since Lansing has officially hit 70 degrees. Let's just say I'm a bit tired of winter and am looking forward to spring!

^ You're definattly not the only one who is tired of winter. It has been a very long winter this year. Can't wait till opening day!

Every storm that happened in March was a hit below the belt. First it'd melt, then it snowed, then it'd melt, then it snowed......got dizzy after a while.

Seems like Spring is FINALLY here.

Wow, it's great to see all those who've gotten platinum passes, it should be a great season. I'm already working to help get all the merchandise shops ready for opening day. It's really awesome to see all the work being done this season to improve the experience of our guests. Planet Snoopy is coming right along, and will be a totally spectacular addition to the childrens's areas of the park. I think even the adults will appreciate it. I'm sure everyone will have a great time in 2008!
