1. How do I get to park in the parking lot right outside the WWK exit? Having to push a stroller with two kids on it up that hill to the crosswalk and regular WWK parking is really tiring!
2. Does anyone know what they are planning for WWK? I noticed from the Americana that they have destroyed the old Shamu aquarium, I would guess that means they are planning more development on the WWK side. Could they be moving the old slides over?
3. In Tidal Wave Bay yesterday, the lifeguards were doing something I have never paid attention to before. Every once in awhile a lifeguard would blow their whistle two quick chirps then bend at the knee and touch the ground - whats this about?
Thanks! I hope GL attendance continues to improve, it really is a fun park and liquid lightning is AWESOME.

2. most of the former sea world was demolishied late 2004 early 2005 for WWK. orginaly it was going to be two phases last year every thing but TWB and this year was supposed to be a wave pool cabannas more slides another lazy river, swim up bar and a few other things enompasing the entire south side.
Plans were scaled back to just TWB and the cabannas for this year and the rest of the space is blocked off to the General Public. as far as the future goes no one really knows for shure except the park and cedar fair, but its a general conseses that WWK needs more slides and stuff to help spread the crowds out a little.
hope this helps. :) *** Edited 8/28/2006 1:13:47 PM UTC by glwwk46***
1. Just go to that lot and give them $9 or show them your parking pass. (they have plenty of non-handicapped spots).
2. Whoever knows isn't talking.
3. I don't know.

1. I guess I should have been clearer - I dont know PHYSICALLY how to get to that lot. Do I just go straight through the crosswalk and down the hill?
