1. TTD- amazing ride, great speed, height, and sometimes air time. Too many breakdowns. they really need to find a way to keep this coaster running. even on slower days during the middle of the week the lines can be as long as two hours. the reason for this is not the people in the line, it is the breakdowns. if they could keep the line moving smoothly than this coaster can accommodate a great number of riders. the constant downtime really does displease many guests. on a recent trip I got in the line around 930. it was moving great, I thought that it would be the first time, out of 5 rides, that it didn’t break down while I was in line. I was wrong. I was one of the few people who eventually got to ride the ride, at 1145. over two hours of waiting because they couldn’t fix the ride. and to give u an idea of what a travesty this is, I was inside of the station by 1000. so I waited in the station for another hour and 45 minutes. this needs to be fixed.
2. Shading- not a huge problem but there are inadequate amounts of shade in the park. on a hot and or rainy day the park becomes very unpleasant. especially in ride lines. with the newer ride lines they have tried to provide shading, but it is still not enough, and in the older rides there is little to no shading. I know Cedar point is considered a "theme" park, but shading can hardly be considered theming. it is often needed to provide the maximum comfort of the guests.
3. MF Seatbelts- I know, its not cedar points fault, its intamin and the corporation trying to cover their butts. well I still have two problems wit this. 1) its been safe for the last 4 years or so. as far as I know no one has died or been injured on MF. the ride seems perfectly safe to me without the tightened seatbelts. and how does one inch of slack help keep the ride safe, im still yet to understand that one. 2) Im not paying Intamin, im paying Cedar point. im not going to get mad at Intamin for what they’re doing, the ride isn’t in their park. people are paying good money to go to Cedar point and ride MF. now because of the new seatbelts people are being turned away. I don’t want to hear from u Cedar point fanatics that there are other great rides in our park. BS, one of the main reasons people come to Cedar point is to ride MF, it's one of your e-ticket rides and if u didn’t realize that then im telling u know, people don't drive 6 hours to ride disaster transport, they come for the big stuff, MF and TTD. funnily enough those are the two main problems that Cedar point has right now. they think that its acceptable to turn larger guests away or guests that don't have time to wait through the lengthy breakdowns of TTD, well they're wrong. it wouldn’t be as big of a deal if they did a better job of telling people about the change in seatbelts before their vacation. It is a big deal, they need to have it on the front page of their website and in all brochures. this is something people should know before coming to the parks. I know its on their website, but you have to follow 5 or 6 different links to find the info. and even still this info is inadequate. they mention that guests must be able to fasten their own seatbelt, that is not all tho, they fail to speak of the inch of slack. they also define larger male guests as: guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides: males who exceed 6’2", and those who exceed 225 pounds, have a 40" waistline or 52". well luckily enough I was able to ride even though I am 6 4 and way around 230. the point is that weight really doesn’t have that much to do with it. what they should say is that having a larger lower body(butt and thighs) may inhibit you from riding. a person could have a large stomach and still be able to fit on the ride.
Well anyways, I want to reiterate the fact that these are just the main things that cedar point needs to improve on. they have a great park and I hope that they find space so that they can continue to grow. once these problems are solved I expect bigger and better things from the people at Cedar fair.
by the way, if u read all this, thanks and since you came this far u might as well actually reply.
2. As you said, some queues have shading. What else do you want - to enclose and air condition all queue areas? It's not sunny and 95 every day. If there were more shading, there'd be complaints about that. Sometimes people want to be in the sun. I think the park has a good balance in this department.
3. There are already multiple threads over in the Millennium Force forum. There's no reason to move the argument here.
1) The lockers at the front of the park. They need to have some dollar lockers too, because no one wants to pay 8 dollars (3 with a 5 dollar deposit) to put their purse in a locker to ride demon drop
2) Snoopy Rocks on Ice needs to start earlier in the year and run later!
3)Signage. A few more large park maps in the park, and magnum's entrance needs to have some sort of sign by it.

The only thing about the dragster that sucks is when it gets that 30 or 35 mph wind gust it shuts itself down and it takes a few minutes just to reboot it. That's my only beef with it :)

2. i though Cp thought of them selfs as an amusement park. And the reason its not really shady is b/c they got big ass midways, so unless you have 100 ft trees right next to the path, the shade is still going to suck.
3.your right that they need to fix the seatbelts but walt is right b/c PB has another forum for you to b!tc* about MF.
