3 Different Rides in 1 on WT

Ive never ridden an Impulse yet, but looking at the length of the train on WT as compared to the height of the tower, where you sit is going to make a real difference in the ride..heres the 3 possibilities.

1. Sit in Back: fast straight launch, not much on the forward tower, but a long trip all the way up the back tower

2. Sit in Front: long blast up the full forward tower, then long straightaway backwards with minimal back side tower action.

3. Middle: About half way up the towers both ways.

Which one will be the best? I hope CP doesnt assign seats for this one...that would limit our choice moreso than it does on regular coasters

That reminds me, and not to get off topic, but will they still be doing this for MF this year? And on topic, I would like #1 and #2, aww, why the heck not # 3 too:)

~What Are You Looking AT?~

The back is going to rock I can tell you right now. On S:UE the back is a killer seat with just the straight spike, but the extra twist will make for a different ride. Barreling down the back spike spinning 450 degree's is going to be one heck of an experience

For the front seat, going up is fun too but spiraling back down pales in comparison to the cranage in the rear seat.

...
There probably will have some form of assigned seating to ensure a full train. I just hope its like the current assigned seating policy on MF were you can wait for the front or back, not the old asinine seating policy we had to endure for a year plus which made no sense. That pissed off a lot of people and I hope they don't make the same mistake twice.

As with Millennium Force, guests may wait for the front and back seats on Wicked Twister, while all other seats will be first come-first serve.

As a huge fan of Vertical Velocity, I can say that the best ride that has to offer is near, but not in, the last seat. Rows 11-13 are the best for the ride. I find 14 to have a bit too many g's when you climb the backwards tower. Not being able to see the thing adds to that, and it gets kind of painful.

Riding near the back though, offers more hangtime on the back spike, and it doesn't really hurt my enjoyment of the front at the same time.

However, WT does not have the straight, airtime spike that V2 has. It'll be interesting to see what happens there.
