2020 Cedar Point Boat Show

The 2020 Cedar Point Boat Show is going to be held off of the Cedar Point peninsula next year, due to the fact it took attendees over an hour to get into show for the 2019 season.

The main reason given is because of the ever popular "Gold Pass". The show personnel are currently working with the City Of Sandusky to find an alternate location.

No surprise and long overdue. It was a crowded mess when I worked the boat shows in the mid 70s!

1974: Catering Slave for Interstate United
1975-77: Catering Manager for Cedar Point

There's no marina in Sandusky with the number/size of berths nor anywhere near the parking capacity of Cedar Point. Interested to see what they come up with.

Is there or could there be a marina at Sawmill Creek?

Or what about the marina they bought on Cedar Point Road?

Or hold the show at Cedar Point and provide a ferry from Downtown?
