2015 Beach Blast

The Beach Blast event is listed again this year but I don't see fireworks or $1 hot dogs in event description. Does anyone know if they have scaled back or web page hasn't been updated yet?

Don't know about the fireworks, but Beach Blast is supposed to be bigger this year, from what I've heard.

Also, they didn't mention this on their Light Up The Point page, but they will have two skydiving shows on July 4th. One in the early evening and another after dark with pyrotechnics on the jumpers.

I didn;t see anything about the 1$ dogs either. CP hasn't been doing much of these deals this year, I see. I'm wondering if its because of the money they lost from last year and lower attendance numbers. Maybe they're trying to make up for that. Who knows.

So I checked out the Beach Blast last night (perfect weather for it), and I must say I was PLEASANTLY surprised! Cedar Point did it again to me!! The music was GREAT (Toes in the Sand Band), the little bonfires were VERY nice, (love wood burning smell), and the food was VERY AFFORDABLE! 2$ hot dogs/brats, 3$ hamburgers, and 2$ cans of soda!! I had such a good time last night. I'm gonna try and do it again as soon as i can! Highly recommend this!!
