2014 season passes

OK, so here's my next question: If I just keep my existing 2013 platinum pass and just go to the website to buy a NEW platinum pass, using the same name I used for my 2013 pass, will I still be able to use the 2013 pass until the end of the season and STILL get the free halloweekends ticket? This is all so confusing.

I don't think they actually give us a ticket. I carefully looked on the website under the season pass section, and all it says is that if you purchase a 2014 season pass, you can visit the park ONE TIME this season, including halloweekends. Ugh. I am going to call the park right now and clarify this. Will update in a bit.

Yeah, so I called CP, and it doesn't seem that anyone knows whats going on down there, but we were right. They don't actually give you a ticket. OH well.

That's BOGUS! I don't see any need to get a pass early now. If they want to increase early sales, they should offer good incentives to do so. It looks like CP's marketing department doesn't know what they're doing.

I'm disappointed in no discount for renewing a 2013 pass.
With a family of 4; even a $10 discount would be nice.

But their Facebook post says you get a free ticket. It was Just posted a few minutes ago.

Those who are buying their season/platinum passes for the first time this fall for 2014 season will be able to attend CP once this fall with their print out (which we did last fall as we were first-timers).
