2008 Platinum Pass question

I am interested in purchasing 4 cedar fair platinum passes for 2008 and there are few questions i have.

i have seen advertisements about buying season passes now and you get a free jacket, what i was wondering was 'does that include platinum passes?' and 'do i get 1 jacket for every pass that i buy?'

Each pass of any type purchaced before November 11th gets a free Jacket.

Also the Platinum Pass lets you in at every CedarFair park and includes Parking at every CedarFair park.

And if you wear it around your neck, it is technically 'bling'

I will be getting a P. Pass, and I think my mom will too so she can go to SOAK CITY. The only thing is we both will have a Parking Pass, and I can't drive but she will be taking me there. Sometimes my cousins go with me and other family and friends so that is good for me to get a P. PASS so they won't have to pay $10 to Park.

Could she get a P. Pass and cut off the Parking Pass?

Nope. The parking is attached to the Platinum Pass.

All Platinum Passes include parking to all Cedar Fair Parks.

Which, unless you only go to one park, once a year, is still a heck of a good deal.

Anyone else plan on doing some traveling next summer with there rapper-accepted season pass?

I've got a question... I heard that if I buy the platinum pass, I don't get into HalloWeekends and other special days free. Is that true?

No. It is not.

It applies to "some special events". That happens to include the Haunt at Knott's and maybe another park or two, but your pass covers admission to CP's Halloweekends.
