2006 Watch Page

In viewing the "2006 Watch" page I wanted to sign up for the mailing list, but after scolling to the bottom of the page, as directed at the top of the page, I was surprised to find no "checkbox" next to "Subscribe to mailing list" and worst yet no "Subscribe to mailing list" even listed at the bottom of the page. I am using Firefox v. 1.0.6 and I switched over to MS Explorer to see if that was the problem, but I got the same problem in Explorer. Was there something missing in the coding of the page, or is there a problem with viewing that page under certain browsers?

It sure appears for me in all browsers.
