2006 new ride

I was told by a park employee while riding the Magnum a few weeks ago that the new ride is a screaming swing. It will be located in the parking lot near soak city where the blue tarps are. Because of the distance this will be from the general park and its location near the additional cost rides, I assume CP will be going the way of other parks and charging an additiona fee for this ride.

um, park employees are no more credible sources of information than any of these message boards, and we've pretty much concluded this same idea on the giant 70-page thread called "..new ride for 2006."

Well in a way he might be on to something. All those construction markings can't be just for a SS. Maybe the SS won't even go back in that area. The SS could be in the Challenge Park

But the only swings that have had a top piece like the one in the SC parking lot are the large 40-seat variety. Why would Challenge Park get a 40-seat swing if they are going to charge per ride? Surely it wouldn't be THAT popular.
