No, they did it back in the late 90's. You're right - it was a bit PKI-ish, because you ended up with a lot of renewing season pass holders giving away their tix that day to GP

On a similar note, avoid PKI this sunday. It's 2005 season pass free ticket day :)

As long as you haven't entered the park yet, it is good the day you buy it. I don't think they'll give you an additional admission to go with it, but you will get in "free" and you'll get in "free" every day after that (at least it will be free at that time as you'll have already paid for it.)

I'm thinking '98 was the last time they did the ticket for a pre-sale pass. It had to be that year or the year after, because I remember bringing a friend in with that ticket (seeing as how I already had a pass for that year as well).

It had to of been '98. I think they should do that again, but only at the end of the year when they start selling the new passes.
