1 Now 2!

I was on the CP webpage and like a couple months back everyone notice the webcam from the top of TTD was missing now the other cam is to! I Think this could be something big here. Maybe One is going were the water ride is and the other by the screaming swings. If they only put one park cam up next year the other one is going were the "big 500" is.

This sucks I have wached that cam for the last month trying to see if they had even put the trains back on. I loved watching Top Thrill Dragster it's such a beautiful coaster. Hay if they are constructing something big there is the cleveland cam. If they shut down the station cam and the cleveland cam can see the construction it probably wont be up for long either .

Yes but this time I believe it means something. With this Cam going away I am thinking an announcement very soon. Somewhere in October.

Don't you guys have anything better to do than watch a webcam all day long? Get outside an enjoy the last few warm days of the year. I suppose you can be glad you still have one camera to drool over. They could always take that one down too. Then what would you do?

Maybe the "announcement" you should be reading into the disappearance of the 2nd Dragster camera is that it won't be reopening for the remainder of the season.

Junior, why were you reading and replying to this board instead of "enjoying the last few days of the year"? I would assume it is because you, like the rest of us, love Cedar Point and enjoy discussing our favourite park with other enthusiasts.

If they had a cam on another "mystery attraction" (like the 'Area 51' days of the fall of 2002), you would likely be as interested as the rest of us.

I understand that you've been around for awhile, but it's really discouraging for newer members when people succumb to flaming a perfectly valid post.

New members help to continue to grow the Point Buzz community, and it's our responsibility to encourage them and make them feel welcome.

I don't mean to pick on you Junior; I just wanted to raise a point.

Could it be that they're getting read to go public with an announcement? They just announced that WWL is gone at the end of the year. People know DD is most-likely on its way out.

Are we getting two rides next year? Or are we going to be having 2 webcams to watch the wonderful construction of the superswing? (which just sounds so dull coming right after Maxair).

Of course, with TTD down for the rest of the season, that is also a likely reason...maybe they don't want us seeing people fixing their mistake on the lake :-)

But let's stop the talk about the "Big 500," Okay? Let's get the 400-footer working before we waste more time on something bigger.
