8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 are still available.
Cedar Fair really needs to get with it. This is unacceptable for 2017. I thought they were supposed to get a new website last year that was mobile compatible.

I went "old school" and just booked on the computer. Only three times left: 8:00, 8:30, and 9:00. I took two of the 9:00 slots.

Link didn't work for google chrome on android, said no packages available. I was however able to book 2 slots for 8am just now using a computer.
I had a blast last year in the 8am group - this year I purposely bought 10:30am tickets just to see what its like in the last group. I won't complain about the absolutely great 70 degree weather last year, but I'm really hoping there's some snow on the ground and coasters so I can get some pics of that.
To comment on the problems above - I only knew where to go because I subscribe to Tony and Kristy on Twitter and she posted the directions. The webpage with the info didn't pop up a link until like 10 minutes later, which I thought was really odd as I sat there frantically refreshing it. I too originally started on my phone and had issues, so jumped back to the computer to get my tickets.
I hope everyone has a good time - I'm thinking they'll probably show us the CP Shores construction and hopefully take us at least close enough to Mean Streak/Iron Streak/Insert Predicted Name here to get some pictures (but not holding my breath on that)

10am for two. Last year was our first WCO. We were blown away by the donated effort of the CP staff. I really hope the weather is close to last years.
Raptor, Banshee, MF & Beast.
Rode Corkscrew first year it was open, yes I am that old!
^^ We have been to 5 or 6 WCOs and I cant say enough nice things about how well the CP staff treats us and everyone has a great time. From the CP Staff, the tour guides, the dining folks, everyone is so accommodating. I know that we are so excited to be in the park, most of them are coming in to volunteer for the day.
At the end of the day, it is a great time and it goes to a great cause.. I always love hearing how much is raised. For a one day event/fundraiser that is just a group of CP Fans, there is always a large donation.
Our first WCO there was a group of 100 people and it was $15 per ticket. We raised $1500.in a day. Last year there were about 600 people at $50 per....It seems to get larger each year.
In the 9:00am group.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
This is always a great event. Very well put on and its amazing how much this has grown over the years. Ive been to all of them back to when it was just a PointBuzz winter tour event. The event a couple years ago in a driving snowstorm fun to see the park blanketed in snow, but I would really go for the 70 degree weather we had last year.
My wife and I are in the 10am group.

Last year, winter chill out was both fun and sad at the same time. The sad part was the announcement that Shoot the rapids would be dismantled. I was crushed for a month back then. Other than that, it was fun seeing the midway and seeing the rides sleeping. This year I decided not to go because of financial difficulties. Hope everyone has a good time though.
We'll be in the 830am group. This will be my first time doing the Winter Chill Out, very excited!

Tony just posted that it's sold out. It sells out faster each year. I think last year, it took a week.

We are coming up from Zanesville the night before. Anytime that we stay at the park we stay at an on site hotel. Looking for a recommendation of a nicer, nearby hotel. Not wanting to spend a great deal because it will be a 12 hour or less stay. I would prefer it to have a free breakfast if possible.

We just made a reservation at the recently built (last year or so) Holiday Inn Express next to Thirsty Pony. We live in North Royalton, so we normally do not stay in Sandusky when visiting the park.
I'm not sure of the quality of hotel, but it does have 4.5/5 stars on its website, plus complimentary breakfast and super close to the park.
I'm staying at the Holiday inn Express Sat. night. It is a nice hotel from what I've heard. It is traditional now that we go to Thirsty Pony after the Chillout and drink the souvenir legs filled with Long Island Iced Tea (64 oz.). A hotel stay is definitely in order!

Thanks for the recommendations!
I hope we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot, but my son wants to stay at the Quality Inn attached to the Thirsty Pony. He was drawn to it because of the water park and the bowling ally.
I am looking forward to my first Winter Chill Out and meeting up with you guys.
Damn. I wish we could hold the weather predicted for next Saturday over to the 25th. My weather channel app is showing partly sunny and 55 degrees next Saturday! (the 18th)
