# of acres CP sits on

I'm writing an essay for french class about why Cedar Point is the best amusement park in the world. My first point will focus on the park's history, the second point will focus on the rides, and the third point will focus on the resorts. I was wondering if anyone knows how many acres Cedar Point sits on and if anyone has any other good information I could throw into my essay. Thanks for the help.

Originally, you had to acess the peninsula by boat, road access wasn't added until circa ?1912?

is the peninsula 364 acres or is cedar point by its self 364 acres?

I currently have Cedar Point: The Queen of American Watering Places rented from the library, it's great. CP kid, there is lot's of information about all of the past roller coasters and so much more.

Cedar Point is the Pennisula.

Wicked Twist now set's were the switchback railway did set. I heard that from a Travel Channel show.

364 acres is the size of the pinnensula. The main parking lot is 64 acres. Don't forget that there are two other parking lots, a campground, a waterpark, two hotels, cabins, dorms, a beach, and offices also on those remaining 300 acres.

Wait, for FRENCH class?

CedarPointForce, I know cedar point is the peninsula, but i am asking how big is the amusement park, (when i say cedar point, that doesn't mean soak city or breakers hotel).

Geewhzz: Yea, it's going to have to be translated into french. He said we could write about anything we want so naturally I chose CP because I can write about it so easily:)
