If the so-called graveyard is that important to anyone, I'd posit they need therapy. Lots and lots of therapy.

I can see why the graveyard would get annoying, especially since this looks to be a long 3 way battle followed by an even longer 2-way battle. But Raptor just died, it deserves to be in the graveyard for a while. And it's not that hard to skim past it as your reading the thread.
Possible compromise: We keep the graveyard until tommorrow to give Raptor it's proper respects. Then drop it until the next ride dies and keep it for 2 days before dropping it until the final results are in. But that's probably too complicated. Just easier to keep it and skim past as your reading.

LOL yeah it was a little corny and I thought about revising it, but I was in the spirit of things :) To say it in a more boring way: for the sake of people that are just joining this thread, it would be helpful to show them who has been eliminated and when, especially when a ride just got eliminated. And as far as scrolling goes, it doesn't really add any time, because I think it shows a certain number of posts per page regardless.

Guess what? I am a therapist. I would posit that there is no need for therapy. I would however question your issue with it.
It does not appear to bother many people. It is super easy to read the top of each post without the graveyard.

While the grave yard is around more for theming than reference at this point. I really appreciated when it first came out.
I did not initially know the order the rides were evicted at.
I do know this order now but I also find it cool that a person spent time looking up each rides start date.
Now, I don't look at it each time but I do find it neat that is there.
Also I find is really easy not to look at rather than complain about.
