^^^Wow TTD, I couldnt have said it better myself. Very well put and dont worry about DJ, I am pretty sure he thinks that everyone besides himself is ignorant.

I have created quite a debate with my comments and I would like to clarify my feelings...I love all coasters. I love magnum, gemini, blue streak, iron dragon...etc. The thing that I dont understand is when people vote "hurt" for a coaster when it is not their least favorite. I understand that people like certain coasters but I highly doubt that TTD, Millennium Force or Maverick are your least favorite. That is all I am saying!

Just so everyone knows, my top five are; 1.Maverick, 2.TTD, 3.MF/Magnum, 4. WT, 5.Cant decide between #3.

Well he has his own opinions and knowledge (as we all do). Some people will take advantage of certain situations if they have more info/experience pertaining to it. We cant all know to what extent someones knowledge goes. I was just jumping the gun and addressing my point before I got accused of not knowing something which would make me look ignorant.

That's essentially that what this thread is proving in the end.....favoritism. Sadly, some people are attacking the coasters they just don't plain like instead of ones that are least likely to survive the game (that is what you're saying right?). Obviously Dragster is the prime target of the dislike here so I just want to ensure the length of it's survival by rebutting the points being taking away. I mean after all, I am the unofficial/official Dragster fan.:)

And for the record, I by no means hate Magnum. I'm just pointing out that I can't handle it as many times as some people here can.

^ I'm with Adam. Outside of the crazy people on sites like these, the GP loves TTD.

I like to get all the facts straight before deciding on something (not intending to say that you guys don't), which is why I made it my personal goal to ride every coaster the park had to offer this year, seeing as it was my first trip back to the Point in over 7 years.

I'm not voting hurt because I don't like the coaster. I LOVE almost all roller coasters, but most definitely I love all coasters at CP. Do I think some could be improved? Sure I do, but that is only because I ride coasters for thrills and adrenaline. I can come to terms with Cedar Fair about having some "lighter" coasters out there for everyone else to enjoy.

That being said, I will provide us with some wisdom :) (maybe): "We make up only a small percentage of the paying customers that enter Cedar Point throughout the season. Our opinion, however important, will only have a small impact on executive decisions"

So, with that in mind, would I love to see a 7-mile long, 500-foot tall roller coaster put in at Cedar Point. Absolutely. Will it happen? Probably not, not only for just financial and space reasons, but for the fact that this kind of coaster is not as much in demand as Shoot the Rapids will be in 2010.

So where am I going with this? My personal OPINION is that the general public in general loves a variety of rides. If you had the average “Joe Schmo” of the midway play this game, he probably couldn't pick what coaster to hurt. In the case of TTD, the GP loves it because it is an icon in the park, they can brag to all their friends that they rode it, and it is something that no one wants to forget. And besides, it is extremely addictive. Once you go Drag Queen, you never go back!

I don't know if it's bad PR, but it seems like Millennium is going to win for sure. I would guess there is a direct relationship between people who like TTD, Maverick, and Millennium, and when they are out, those votes will all turn into Millennium.

Just my thoughts...
